EDIT: Nevermind, got it to work in IE 7, for some reason it wouldn't work in Firefox. I'll try to test this tonite. If someone can test before then, feel free to post ;-)

I've downloaded your new termsrv.dll, but I can't seem to get Vista to allow me to overwrite the original.  I've even logged in as Administrator.  I seem to remember a dll-cache feature in XP that caused similar trouble but had a workaround.  Do you know of the workaround in Vista or am I just missing some other easier option?

Nevermind...I found the workaround for this in Vista...

I had to reboot after performing the above operations in order to overwrite the file.

I was able to get the new termsrv.dll into system32 but now I cannot connect via RDP at all.  It seems maybe the changes didn't work.

I get a generic error similar to what you get when Remote Connections are not turned on.

Me too. The files is not patched correctly it seems. Two of the bytes are exchanged. Can you check again?

Ok, I double checked it, and I did have some of the changes wrong. I went back and fixed it, use the links provided above to redownload and hopefully it will work for you...

No joy here with the latest version and Vista Home Premium. Any attempt to remote desktop just fails - no error message at all.
