MceFM 1.0 has just been released.  MceFM lets you listen to Last.fm within Windows Media Center, either based on artists that are already in your music library or on an artist that you enter.

You can Love/Ban songs, and MceFM will "scrobble" both music streamed from Last.fm and also music played from your own library.
