So today has been a perplexing day.

My major issue has been trying to get my QAM channels (through Vista Media Center TV Pack) but I also ran into an issue where all my thumbnails (or preview images) to my Recorded TV shows are completely blank.

This seems to be a common issue with TV Pack 2008. I tried a lot of the registry entries and those didn't work. I started to look around and found the TVThumb.db file.
I booted into Safe Mode to delete the file rebooted and after doing that I went back into Vista Media Center and went into the Recorded TV menu and all the images were still broken.

I sat there about to get extremely angry thinking I would have to do a repair of Vista when suddenly they started to pop up. All the images refreshed. It just took about 6-8 seconds for it to take effect.

Just thought I would share this with everyone.

The File was located in C:/users/allusers/microsoft/ehome/thmb/TVThumb.db.
